Clear, precise and usefull for probably a large number of players around 10Kyu

I was initially not engaged by the presentation style, but the consistency in the joseki explanation and the practice to distinguish when to use each variation really landed the message - well done.

For some players, this course may be a little too easy, for others too difficult (as you can read in the reviews). For me, at least, it's just right. Full marks!

Personally I think this is a bit too advanced and I would prefer to see more about opening principles in general.

A really nice short course. At ~10k I had some awareness of most of the josekis (and I think that's needed), but it pulled them together nicely and showed some new alternatives. It mostly kept things simple and at a feasible level of detail to remember and use. The quizzes followed nicely, mostly not too tricksy or beyond the course. I was left feeling more confident with the options.

Well done, makes choosing a joseki look very straightforward, was expecting a bit more depth, but as it turns out, these lessons are just what I need at my level.

Good course to guide joseki choice

Useful course. It gives you a better idea of the direction of the joseki, and what to do after a joseki.

Good course but maybe a little to simple.

I'm of an age and disposition where memorizing joseki patterns is just not going to happen so I really appreciate the approach used in this course of explaining the tactical logic behind pincers, kicks, keimas and kosumis when trying to figure out how to play a joseki.

This seems like a perfect sequel to Vadim's Joseki ABC course. Pretty simple to follow and learn, and teaches you very important josekis to deal with situations, however, I'd love it more if it dived a bit deeper into some of the variations.

Me parece una excelente instancia para aprender en qué circunstancias es mejor jugar tal o cual joseki. Es mejor jugar basado en el conocimiento que en la intuición. Tengo una apertura muy débil, por lo cual, aplicaré lo aprendido en mis próximas partidas. 😉

Very helpful and balanced, not too complicated, not too simple. One topic is explained from many sides. And the tigermouse is my favorite shape now =^..^=

I enjoy the course. Lee Chanhyuk 6dan delivers clear and methodical instruction on positional judgement in the early and late opening. After this lesson you'll have a great sense of the direction of play inherent with each of the common joseki we've learned and will think twice the next time you blindly choose a joseki.
