Отличный курс, который справляется с своей задачей: объяснить, как перейти от фусэки к тюбану. Из минусов можно выделить плеоназм: много раз повторяется одно и то же. Но в целом, Мэттью, как всегда на высоте!

This is the sort of material that can be a slog when reading Go literature and playing out examples, i.e. "old style" study. But the Go Magic style of interactive learning and Matthew's engaging presentation of this material is downright pleasurable! And, bonus--the instant feedback from the quizes gives one a sense of accomplishment (or at least progress). This old dog IS learning new tricks!
My first impression of Matthew as an instructor was he seemed really geeky/a little corny, but he taught a surprisingly engaging and interesting course. There were some really helpful tidbits about direction of play and recognizing/understanding different styles of play. Great course!

To present the interesting middlegame with modern AI and traditional play in such a vivid way is remarkable. It's nice to see a 3,000-year-old game modernising itself, which is the guarantee that it will never be dead.
Very interesting course with a topic I haven’t seen before. But difficult and abstract. It covers a phase of the game I find very hard to, so I loved the examples and principles.
Although I am a 4kyu, having read a lot of Go theory (maybe playing too little), I have had a hard time grasping the principles of the transition between opening and midgame. This course really helped me on how to think about this topic! Thank you so much!

There's not many guides for mid game, so I'm very thankful to Matthew and GoMagic for this course. It cleared up my doubts for a looooot of confusing moments I face in mid game, even as an almost dan player.
Great course! No one else really covers the early middle game, which in my opinion is the most open and confusing part of the game.
