Your own position could often have some aji, or concealed issues that you need to get rid of. At the same time your opponent’s position could have some invisible possibilities that you can reveal. Aji is a multilateral and advanced concept in Go. Noticing and using aji to your advantage in games requires a fairly good understanding of shapes and tesuji, strong reading skills and a lot of experience.
This course will introduce the key concepts of “aji” and “aji keshi”, the groundwork of their practical application, and many patterns that you can take straight into your own games.
