the entire course, including the explanations
Great for beginners
very useful advises
Very interesting and useful thanks 🙂
Great course to challenge some thinking patterns that block your progress
This course clearly explains common mistakes in go. It is clear and easy to understand. I would reccomend this course.
Like the other ones, this course is really well done, and very clearly explains important principles of go. The alternating videos and exercises bring a lot to the dynamics of the course and have more pedagogical value.
Really great principles and explanations. Sometimes its unclear to me, a beginner, how to anticipate what the opponent responses will be. I'm sure more time and practice will develop this skill, but some additional explanation of correct solutions in the quizzes would be helpful.
Really nice course for beginners
Oh. That's why I'm losing. 😂 My suggestion is to approach this entire course as a collection of examples. As a beginner, I was not ready for some of the examples, while others made perfect sense. Treat each one as an opportunity to learn from others' mistakes.
I mostly took this to see what the courses on this site are like. I'm a 1 dan player, so I'm not exactly target audience of this course.I was happy that some of the content is still relevant. In some of the premature endgame situations I would be hesitant to ignore. I also sometimes play the "imaginary nets" because I expect them to lead to a good squeeze, but I should think about them more.
Thanks – I’m getting old, and meanwhile I’m falling behind, i.e. my rank is declining. Therefore it’s very nice to be able freshen up my Go skills here, and Vadim is such a great teacher: all his courses that I have taken so far were not just factual and educational but also highly enjoyable, that’s what makes a good teacher: not just the facts but also FUN.
Great work. I see my friend makes the automatic atari mistake. Good work. Any one who knows the rules needs this.
Everything is good except the yes no questions with 2 lives xD
Excelente la manera de explicar los errores en las jugadas Agradecida por tu excelente calidad
i like the way of explaining, i only would make it more structured
This lesson was presented with several humorous examples that make it easier to remember the key concepts/mistakes. It helped me tremendously in game preparation as well.
GRACIAS!
I think the topic of this video, that is, avoiding mistakes, is a very good choice. Even though it was a little beyond my skill level, I still found instructive. But I will need to rewatch it. It wasn’t until I completed the course that I noticed it was most suitable for 17 to 10 kyu players. I must have missed that.
Really useful for beginners, like me.
