Once you’re comfortable with the material in this course, we recommend progressing to the more advanced Deeper into the game of Go on 19×19, which is the final course of our elementary trilogy designed to guide you from not knowing the rules to mastering the fundamentals and reaching a solid 12-10 kyu level.

As a beginner, I often make mistakes, but this course really helped me improve. It is extremely pedagogical, giving a clear approach to understanding the board and building solid foundations. Exercises within the videos reinforce learning, helping to grasp even complex concepts. Quizzes are linked to the skill tree, allowing easy back-and-forth to practice and fully understand what you’re doing.
As a beginner, this course really improved my board vision and helped me understand important 13x13 concepts. It was also surprisingly fun to study! I definitely recommend it.
