This policy applies to all purchases on gomagic.org. Go Magic is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Anton Proskurin, doing business as Go Magic (Batumi, Georgia). Most payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record — your receipt may come from Paddle.

Memberships and courses — 30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not happy with a membership or a course purchased as a one-time payment, contact us within 30 days of the purchase and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked — though we’d love to hear what didn’t work for you.

Monthly auto-renewing subscriptions (where offered)

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made.

Any subscription charge (including a renewal) is refundable if you contact us within 7 days of that charge.

League and event registrations

Registrations for the Go Magic League and other online events are refundable in full until the season or event begins. After the start, registrations are non-refundable.

Coins and the coin store

Coins are a loyalty currency earned on the platform (or included with a membership). They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, or transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money. Items redeemed for coins in the store are not refundable for money.
